Shipping Policy
All items are shipped in a plain cardboard box or package. The only identifiable markers on the boxes shipped are a small "maxgrower" label on it so you can identify it.
Shipping is available through UPS. UPS picks up packages monday - friday. This means that if you order an item over the weekend, it will not be shipped out until the following monday. UPS does not deliver on holidays. Once your order has been picked up, we will send you a tracking number via email, and you can locate your package on the UPS website at www.ups.com.
Please keep in mind that while all the items on Maxgrower.com are available to you, some or all of the items that you purchase may not be in stock at the time of your order. This means the product will have to be ordered from our wholesalers and may take a few extra days to be delivered to you. If you are interested in a specific product and would like to know if it is in stock, feel free to email us at info@maxgrower.com and we will respond within 24 hours.

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy from the day your item was received. The item you are returning must be in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee is charged for all returned items. Any items which are special ordered from a wholesaler are not returnable.
